SH302C Portable oil particle pollution meter

SH302C portable oil particle contamination analyzer adopts the light obscuration counting principle specified by the International Hydraulic Standards Committee, specifically designed for on-site rapid detection of oil contamination levels. It features advantages such as compact size, lightweight, fast detection speed, high accuracy, and excellent repeatability, enabling operation under extreme conditions like high temperature and high pressure. Equipped with built-in micro-humidity and temperature sensors, it simultaneously measures water content and oil temperature alongside contamination levels. Suitable for transformer oil (insulating oil), hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, synthetic oil, and other oil types, it is widely applicable in aerospace, petrochemical, transportation, port, steel metallurgy, automotive manufacturing, and other industries.

Main Features

● Utilizing the photoelectric (light-shielding) principle, it employs a high-precision laser sensor, featuring compact size, high accuracy, and stable performance

● Suitable for laboratory or field testing, and can be optionally equipped with a pressure reduction device for online high-voltage measurement, enabling real-time monitoring of particle contamination levels in oil systems

● It can be connected to an external pressure chamber to create positive/negative pressure, enabling the detection of high-viscosity samples and sample degassing

● Built-in data analysis system capable of displaying real-time particle size data for each channel and automatically determining sample grade

The pipeline is made of 316L and PTFE materials, suitable for detecting various organic solvents and oils

● Features volume rinsing and duration rinsing modes for convenient equipment operation and maintenance

● Built-in particle contamination standards including ISO4406, NAS1638, SAE4059 (integral and differential), GJB420A, GJB420B, ГOCT17216, and GB/T14039

● Built-in calibration function, compliant with standards such as GB/T21540, ISO4402, and GB/T18854
